Return and Refund Policy

At Vitality Pilates, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to feel confident in your journey towards better movement. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it.

  • Unused and in its original packaging.

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at vitalitypilateslondon@outlook.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

3. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

4. Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, certain items such as personal use Pilates gear that has been removed from its original seal cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

5. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

6. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

7. Right of Withdrawal (UK Consumer Rights)

In accordance with UK law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason. However, at Vitality Pilates, we extend this peace of mind to a full 30-day period as part of our commitment to your wellness.
